Last 2 days message on phone saying check the line cord. nothing has changed phone working fine before this.

I have been able to locate your account and perform some diagnostics and everything looks fine this end. Can I just confirm if you have tried a separate handset in the phone socket?

Have tried my phone at my daughter's house and it works fine. My socket and telephone have not been moved and socket not touched just all of a sudden message appeared on handset. I have an engineer coming on Friday morning.
