I had a virgin media installation on the 16th of march for broadband and phone. the internet connection works fine. outgoing calls can be made. only incoming calls arent possible. when ringing the landline number the call fails. i have tried three different phones to test the line. how should i proceed in fixing this?
I'm sorry to hear that you are unable to receive calls right now. I can see you have an engineer calling round to get this fixed which is fab to see. Please keep me posted on how you get on, I'm here to help if you need me.

the engineer came around today and ran a few diagnostics with his equipment. he then contacted the head office to get in touch with BT. i am not aware of the progress thus far. virgin then contacted me regarding the outcome of the visit and i described what i have told you so they have set up another visit on monday morning.
hopefully this will resolve within the next few days
