Resolved! Landline not connected

Recently transferred from BT landline to Virgin and it is still not working. When ringing landline it just rings but handset doesn't ring. No ring tone heard on landline handset. All connected correctly.

Resolved! Landline switchover adaptor

Switchover to fibre was supposed to be 13/02/2024 (yesterday) in my area (London N4) but .....a) old landline is still workingb) I have not received an adaptor for the hub.What is happenning and can I reorder an adaptor ?
