Why am I still being charged for paper billing? I registered for e-billing a long time ago!

I registered for e-billing many months ago. I have continued to be charged for paper billing, even though, when I 'phoned I was assured this extra cost would be removed-it still hasn't!! At my reckoning I'm probably owed a months rental!!

Hi Suzysue, 

 

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. It's really great to have you here. 

 

Checking on the account, I can see E-Billing is currently inactive. To do this follow these steps:

 

Log in to My VM here: http://virg.co/myVM

Click on My Profile then select Switch to eBilling. 

There'll be some on screen instructions to follow at this point. 

Once that's done, you'll no longer receive paper bills.
