VM Engineer arrived as scheduled and as suspected it was on VM side - card had gone down 6 lines out, hope all VMs systems are stable for the Christmas season - service engineers need some festivities too.
After the Black Friday deals installations must be running high.
I'm in total agreement with you, I requested & booked an appointment between 4 and 7pm as my husband works nights and was told it was booked, the night before I received a text saying the engineer will be coming between 8am and 12 and then the engineer didn't turn up at all!
