I can't believe that you have to wait so long to get a virgin engineer out! Was first offered 7 days now 6 days wow! BT come out within a day thinking it's a big mistake to have moved is anyone else having the same problems!?
Par for the course I'm afraid. VM have too many faults and not enough engineers to deal with them.
