So disgusted by the poor service with virgin. Home phone line never works and has been off for at least three weeks in last 2 months. I can't even get in touch with them easily unless i pay extortionate charges on my mobile. A customer advisor on the web chat told me i would be well compensated.....£5.40 i got and phone still not working.
Can domeone from virgin contact me as a matter of urgency
Virgin only refund the days rental for loss of service. I had 2 issues within 4 weeks and it was VM induced but compensation seems to be alien to VM. 1st time engineer was 10 days for visit but offer from forum was to try and expedite. It should not be necessary to use the forum to get a proper service. VM should be more customer orientated. Recruit more engineers..
