My landline keeps dying, recently several times in a week, sometimes for just an hour other times for much longer. Callers say it just rings and rings and doesn't connect. Obviously cant report the fault at the time and when it comes back on and I do report it I just get told there's no fault showing. This is worrying as I'm a disabled pensioner and need the phone in an emergency.
2nd time recently our phone line has been dead. It's not a fault in our home as a neighbour also with Virgin, is currently disconnected, so don't offer to make an engineer call. I can't get through on customer support AT ALL and I want to end my Virgin account as a result of this, it's not good enough.
