Virgin Home Phone problems - your advice please

Please tell me how I can remove the voicemail function from my phone service

Contact customer services and ask them to turn it off. That'd be a call to 150 then Option 1 -> Confirm your details -> then I guess report a fault -> phone fault and ask them to turn it off. Or you could ask via Option 4 -> Option 1 (the Customer Care Team.)

Any voicemail changes can take up to 24 hours to come into effect.
