Virgin/BT Distribution box fiasco

We have an ongoing problem with our phone line being damaged/vandalised  at our local "Green Box". This is new over the last 12 years it has been  happened about five times. Always had apologise and reconnected in three/four days. Not now Phone out 14 Dec back on 22 Dec, Phone out 5 Jan back on 10 Jan,Phone out 18 Feb back on 16 Feb, Phone out 23 Feb back on ? 3 Mar.

Lost hospital appointment, lost work ,lost patience. Can anyone recommend a responsible phone service not this shambolic botch mentality of a company.

I'm so sorry for the continued problems you're experiencing with your telephone service, this interrupted service is not what we want for you.


That being said, I'm glad to hear that you've arranged for action to be made to resolve this issue, have any of your neighbors mentioned having problems with their phone lines too? 


We'd love to hear how the appointment goes and will be here should you need any assistance moving forward.
