Sorry to hear you're having some issues with email on your blackberry. It sounds like the blackberry services option isn't enabled on our side. The quickest way to get this all sorted is to give us a call on 789 or 0345 6000 789. Let me know how you get on with this.
An hour on the Virgin Chatline eventually solved that problem. Only issue left is syncing/copying music and pictures from my desktop to the Blackberry. Says that it has received the instruction and 'preparing to', but it doesn't. Any thoughts?
