V Media Telephony displays "disabled"

When I go in to my router via 192.168.0.1, why does it display "Telephony disabled"?

I have Fibre, TV and phone package.

Can anyone advise me please?

Thank you in advance

Re: V Media Telephony displays "disabled"

In some areas Virgin Media will provide the phone service via the Hub.

However most people have the phone service provided by a specific phone cable into the home, and for those homes the Telephony part of the Hub is disabled.

Re: V Media Telephony displays "disabled"

I assume this feature is for using Virgin Media VOIP services ? - Does anyone know when these will become available to all customers (and not part of the trial) ?

Thanks
