Over 2 weeks ago I reported a fault on my home phone. I was unable make calls but I could receive 1 ring then it stopped & the call ended.
When the person I spoke to tested the line etc. he could find no faults & after a couple of attempts at calling me the line rectified itself. But he said he would still report it and ask for an engineer to check it out as it was probably an exterior fault. I went to stay with family on the 9th January 2017 and it was working fine I returned last night 20th January and the phone is completely dead again. No outgoing or incoming
Can someone please help? I have been hanging on the end of my mobile phone for over 20 minutes ( twice) and still no response. I am 77 years old & disabled and need a working phone at all times. I hope someone can help please.
