Any ideas how to cancel engineer appointment, followed online instructions (from help) there is no appointment tab at top of page of my virgin media? Contacted 150 and no correct option to choose- very frustrating!?

I've been able to locate your account and can see an appointment that was booked for yesterday but there are no engineers due to call at the moment
