The telephone rings 10 times before the voicemail kicks in. This is so long that several callers have told me that they presumed that I didn't have a voicemail/answer machine and hung up without leaving a message. I have called the Help Service (150) twice to request that the number of rings be reduced to 6 (firstly at about the beginning of December 2016, then on 14 December at 16.20 pm when I spoke to Feisal). On both occasions, the adviser said that the number of rings would be reduced to 6 in 24 hours, but there has been no change! What do I have to do to get some action on this?
