Just moved over from three to virgin. Everything went OK apart from my voicemails do not work.
I rang up twice yesterday, then twice today. On the phone for 12 minutes per call and still no joy. When I ring it used to say sorry we can't connect you. Now saying theres a problem please try again later.
Cannot speak to anyone in this country and less than useful staff.
All in all a terrible experience so far.
Sort yourself out Virgin I have a less than ideal working mobile phone.
If its not fixed soon I'll be cancelling my contract and moving elsewhere under the cooling off period.
