Thanks for the Speedy Service

Hello

My phone went dead around 1pm today.  Rang and spoke to Nicola, who really went out of her way to help, as I am disabled and really cannot do without my phone.  Within 2.5 hours I had an engineer and it was all fixed within minutes!  The worse bit was listening to a disembodied voice, telling me my emergency alarm was disconnected, every 30 seconds for 2 hours!

Thank you Nicola and the very nice engineer!

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you've been experiencing with your landline but I'm so pleased to hear we got it sorted for you and the speed in which we did this for you.
