From yesterday I'm a new VM Broadband and telephone customer. At the time of placing my order for these services (06/12/2016) I was given assurances everything, including the continued use of our telephone number, would be working once activation had occurred. After a few hiccups the Broadband seems to be OK but I am unable to make or receive call on my landline? I have a dial tone but I cannot connect with anyone even Virgin Media for help and no one can connect with me as incoming calls go to an automated answerphone. Can anyone help me?
