My telephone isn't working again, 3rd time in 3 weeks. Appears to be the same fault. unable to contact anyone to report fault (believe me I have tried for the last 90 minutes). CAN ANYONE HELP?.

The line state is showing as blocked at the moment which does show cause for concern.
I'd like to arrange for an engineer to visit and look into this.
