Telephone fault still despite two engineer visits...

They've laid new cable from the box to the house, renewed the run from the pavement to the house, replaced cable splitters and still there was a problem. They've been to the exchange where they said there was a fault and rectified that.

I've tried a new digital telephone and an analogue phone. One or two rings and cuts off but still rings on the callers phone. Can't book an engineer online. Losing patience for an expensive service....

I've had a look at the line state and all is appearing as normal, however, as you have completed the above checks for us, I am more than happy to schedule another appointment with a principle engineer.
