Still no working landline after 2 months

I switched provider from BT in the middle of July. My broadband is fine but I realised after a couple of weeks that although I could dial out on my landline, no one could dial in. Reported to Virgin and BT but despite engineers visits and numerous phone calls to both all I have been told is it is a porting issue. Meanwhile I appear to be being biIled by both companies for a line that has not worked for two months. 

Sort it out please.

Welcome to the Community and thanks for posting on the Forum. I'm sorry that you haven't had a phone line for over two months due to a number porting issue.
