No phone service since 06.00 Friday 25th Feb. Recieved message yesterday that engineers would be working my area doing a repull today Tuesday 1st march. Should resolve problem and watch out for my phone working. Alas! sigh! stiff upper lip, grin and bare it ,lulled into a false sense of security.
I might as well go up on my roof and throw the rest of my money away

I'm so sorry to learn about the continued problems with your phone line, I've been able to take a look at your account and I can see the repull ticket is still open. I've emailed the engineering manager in your local area for more information right away.
