I reported a fault on my landline at beginning of week and engineer came out yesterday and told me major fault with junction box outside house affecting other homes as well as mine. Told that engineers would be out today to repair. Came home from work to card through door saying fault fixed at 10.30 this morning, however I still have no landline and this has now been over a week now.
