I am contacting you this way because Virgin phone is out of order, so cannot ring 150 & every time I try to contact Virgin i get put on hold, then disconnected without even talking to anyone, this happened for over 2 hours. This costs me money or minutes depending on what mobile I use, which is really frustrating.
In the end, the only way I managed to get an appointment was through your forum.
My virgin phone has been out of order for a month already, work was supposed to start putting it right on 27th September. Then on Friday I had a voice mail on my mobile saying, the work has been postponed & will not start until 24th October, that means we will have been without a phone for 2 months. I am not at all happy about this.
Also, the week of the 24th October, we are on holiday, so this date is no good for us, therefore we need to change this date, so more time without a phone.
Can someone Please contact me to advise a way ahead.
