Hi everyone/virgin, I've been experiencing something called a 'ring trip' for the past 3 days. It means that the there is an incoming call that rings once and then disconnects. No caller id or anything. It's at random times and very inappropriate times such as 2/3AM and with family abroad and a new baby in the house it's really awful!! Anyone else experience this or got it resolved??

I've been able to run remote tests on your line and everything checks out fine. I can see that you called in and were asked to test an alternative handset on your line to verify if this issue is happening on the line or just with the handset equipment. How did this go?
