No dial tone at all on landline. Have tried with two different handsets. Calling the number from my mobile I get a "This number is not recognised" response. The test on the Service Status web page timed out each of the four times it was tried over two days.
Have been trying to log this as a problem on web chat but each time I submit a message I get a pop-up saying try again later.
Is there *any* way of logging this problem with Virgin Media without my having to rack up a huge bill on my mobile?
