Reminder Call

I tried to use Reminder Call - An Alarm Feature on my phone and it says I do not have it on my phone line


I then dialled 150 to add it on and they cannot see it on my list of features and it cannot be added onto my account

They can see the instructions but cannot add it on


Is this feature been withdrawn, they - Customer Services on 150 seems to think so?

As far as I can see this feature is available so I'm unsure why you have been told otherwise. You can find all of the features that we provide on this link here.


I can only suggest to give the team another ring on 150 from a Virgin Media landline or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone and one of our customer service agents will be able to get this looked into for you.
