I have been without a land line for two weeks and today its been fixed, how do I go about getting two weeks worth of line rental back?
Phone 150 and inquire about a refund for services not rendered.
As Buffer has mentioned, you can give our team a call on 150 from any Virgin line or 0345 454 1111 from any other.
