Recent Phone & Broadband Outages

over the last few weeks I have experienced significant broadband and phone outages, on one occasion the phone didnt work of the best part of 3 days, though on my current bill there was no acknowledgement of this.

how do I claim compensation for these loss of services

when you deny there have been problems with broadband outages there is little point in continuing the discussion

the phone line issue has been resolved, though I am non the wiser about claiming compensation for the loss of use for the 2/3 day period?
