Please could I ask for some help. I have been told an engineer is scheduled to visit on Tuesday to solve a problem with our landline. I need to re-schedule that appointment. I have tried to do it via MyVirgin Media, the instructions say that I need to click on my appointments but I cannot see that tab.
I cant call, as my phone is not working, and the online chat is either very busy or out of hours.
Please can anybody suggest any other way I can re-schedule the engineer. (anytime on the 9th or 10th would be fine)
