We have just had virgin installed, broadband, phone & TV package on Saturday 8th July and the engineer gave us a new landline number. When we signed up we specifically stated we must keep our landline, we have phoned up virgin on Saturday and are still waiting for an update on whats happening. We urgently need our phone number back and we will be cancelling within the 14 days cooling off period if this doesn't happen as we need to keep our phone number. Any help would be much appreciated as i've been reading posts saying people have lost their landline numbers when moving from sky, many thanks

We were told our number would be transferred by the 20th July and it hasn't happened, I will be phoning up tomorrow and cancelling all our services and staying with Sky as our 14 day cooling off period expires tomorrow.
