Please respond Virgin. I am using up my mobile phone data allowance to try to get help as phone fail

As above phone way of reporting fails too

Sorry - what exactly is the issue you are having? Your post is far too vague for us to tell - which is why you have had no response. Primarily this is a user to user help forum. VM staff will only intervene if we can't solve the issue.
