I have had such a disappointing service from VM since I signed up to join.
I have now found they have the gall to charge me for the calls I make to them to tell them about the faults in their service.
How can that be right?
Were you calling 0345 454 1111? That's chargeable depending upon your landline package type and when you made the call. Also, if the call runs over 60 minutes to an inclusive number, the call become chargeable, so hang up at the 59 minute mark and redial to avoid a charge.
150 is the free phone number you want to call when needing to contact VM.
