Phone

We have had problems this week with the speed of our broadband and now the phone is not working. Done all the tests online, broadband test gets to about 40% and phone 99%. Cannot phone virgin from no working phone and will not phone from my mobile because of the cost. Please help.

Thanks for letting us know about this on the community.

 

I have tested your line and it's showing blocked so can I just confirm whether you have tested/replaced the handset to eliminate any equipment fault?
