Phone not been working on and off for a week, contacted virgin numerous times keep getting told they will look into it, received text this morning saying it was now fixed but it's not. When you call my landline it says it's out of order. Can anyone help please.

I have been able to locate your account and I can see that there was a fault in your area but after checking the line this fault has cleared.
