My phone set, Gigaset C610 (3 phones) used to work well with Virgin before I went to Sky, worked fine with Sky, but now coming back to Virgin, they no longer work. The Virgin line and socket box is working because I have a corded phone plugged in and is ok.
I have gone through all the settings on the phone and still not working. It is inconvenient to have only the one phone, especially if upstairs (retired and creaky, lol) and the phone is downstairs. I have tried a neighbours spare corded phone in the socket and that too works.
There is nothing in the settings for Gigaset to sort out this problem
