Phone problems

Virgin was installed on the 27th of October but still I have no phone line no dialling tone nothing. I was promised Virgin would contact me yet up until now nothing

Welcome to the Virgin Community, I'm so sorry to learn about the problems you're experiencing with your telephone service at the moment.

 

I've been able to locate your account but can't see any scheduled action to get this up and running unfortunately, I'd like to make sure this is going to be resolved as soon as possible.
