Hi I can't receive calls to my home number cos it's been mixed up with someone else's. I spent an hour on the phone the other day and still not sorted, please can someone help/ advise. Thank you

I've been able to locate your account and can see than an appointment has been arranged for an engineer to come and take a closer look at this, which is excellent news.
