hi all my home phone should of been switched from sky to virgin on the 6th of march its now the 9th and not working (no dial tone) can anybody help as I really need to keep the original number as was agreed with virgin before joining
You are best giving Virgin Media a call (or contact then on Live Chat) to find out what is happening.
Virgin Media staff do access these public forums but can take up to a week to reply so you are unlikely to get a fast resolution this way.
