Not impressed so far. Swapping from another provider to virgin. Engineer called yesterday and installed hub, internet is fine but no dial tone on land line and if I ring it from my mobile I get a normal ringtone but phone doesn't ring in the house. Having checked out a variety of websites, this seems to be a very common problem so why do virgin not make more of an effort to sort this out.

I have tested your line and everything looks okay so can I just confirm whether you have tested/replaced the handset to eliminate any equipment fault and also if the handset is plugged into a Virgin Media socket?
