Phone stopped working yesterday. Managed to find a number to report it. Told that no engineer available until Saturday. We said that Saturday was a) a long time to wait, and b we would be out after about 11.30. Were told that we'd be put on an emergency list. No more information yet. This feels like a very long time to wait. Been a subscriber for only 3 months - this service so far is not impressive.
