Phone not working

My home phone has not worked since the weekend.
The online checker stops at 99%.

Any ideas?

Welcome to the community.

 

I have checked your line and it's currently showing that there's a fault in your area.

 

This has been reported and you should be able to keep up to date with fix times on our service status checker here.

I have just taken a look at your line this morning and all should be clear in the area now.  Can you please test your landline and let me know if it is now working ok?  I am sorry for the disruption this has caused.

I'm very sorry again for the inconvenience you're experiencing, have you been able to test your handset at all? Either by trying an alternate handset or yours on an alternate line?
