Virgin phone not working again, I have checked my equipment also checked the virgin phone cable (and wall socket) all are working. Can anyone help me I am disabled and need a working phone line.

Really sorry to hear you're having trouble with your landline.
I've checked with the network team and it looks like there's an issue with the lines in your area. Our team are on their way out and should have it back up and running within the next few hours.

phone not working didn't work Saturday worked Sunday afternoon until this morning (Tuesday) now not working again

Checking your account I can see that there is a fault open in your area. The reference for this is: F005393160. It does look as though the fault has since been closed.
Are you still having an issue? If so come back and let me know so I can arrange for an engineer to come out to take a look
