Since I've switched from sky to Virgin my tv and broadband all switched over no problem and my phone was workin (I presume I must've had time left on sky before switchover) then I've not had any calls for a bit I've checked and no dialling tone and can't make a call or receive a call . I've tried the different sockets as the one it was in said BT on it there are 3 and none work ? Help
Welcome to the community and thanks for posting. I'm really sorry to hear your phone line isn't working. I'd certainly like to get this looked at for you.
I've run some tests on the line and no issues are being located at the moment. I've managed to check and it looks like you've managed to call us already and arrange an engineer visit. If you need anything in future please get back to us.
