We have had no phone line fr approx 6-8 weeks. It rights itself, then lasts from a few hours to couple of dats max. We did see an engineer at junction box a week or two ago.
Yesterday we received half a voice message. No dial tone or incoming calls.
Ran diagnostics but gets to 99% and freezes
Admin, can you please help as we can't make calls,to log the fault?!?
