Phone line!

Hi! 

We recently got virgin TV, phone and broadband installed in our flat. Tried to set up the phone line today but its not working! Phone doesn't let us make calls and the although the line rings when we phone it, the phone is not ringing. We've plugged the phone into the telephone socket on the back of the hub, is this correct or do we have to do something else?

The phone line is separate from the hub. You should have a phone socket on the wall somewhere.

Welcome to the Community, as Tidus has mentioned your phone will plug into a socket on the wall instead of directly into the Hub.
