About a week ago, my husband called me on our virgin home line and the battery died on the phone whilst we were talking and since then, our phone is constantly saying 'Line in Use'. We don't really use the home line very often so I've only just realised.
Is there a way I can fix this myself as our account is in my husbands name so not sure if they will speak to me if I call?

Do you have an alternate handset you're able to plug into the line? I'd like to take a closer look at this by testing the line too, but I've not been able to locate your account using your forum details.
