I telephoned Virgin to renew my phone line rental saver in October. I was shocked at the increase from the previous year. The Virgin sales rep said that credit would be placed in my account the following month as a (sweetener) . I chased this with Virgin yesterday but they are saying it did not happen.
Has anybody had similar false promises made by Virgin sales reps?
