Phone line rental saver

Hi everybody,

I telephoned Virgin to renew my phone line rental saver in October. I was shocked at the increase from the previous year.   The Virgin sales rep said that credit would be placed in my account the following month as a (sweetener) . I chased this with Virgin yesterday but they are saying it did not happen.

Has anybody had similar false promises made by Virgin sales reps?

I'm very sorry to learn about the inconvenience you've experienced recently. Due to the nature of the issue I'd recommend you give our team a call on 150 from any Virgin line or 0345 454 1111 from any other line, so we can fully clear security to take a closer look at this for you.
