It took two days of persuading operators that I have a fault. I bought new phones thinking it must be my problem. today I have been told "yes there is a problem, we will fix it" I rang for an update tonight and was told the techs will be here 20 feb. Its the 8th today. I had passed my mobile number to be updated and no one has yet contacted me. Not well pleased with this service.

I've located your account but the engineer hasn't updated his/her notes yet so it's hard for me to say what the next steps will be. If an issue has been identified in your local area, a member of the team will be working on this right away. Did the engineer mention what the plan of action is to get this issue resolved?
