Phone line out wait 11 days

It took two days of persuading operators that I have a fault. I bought new phones thinking it must be my problem.
today I have been told "yes there is a problem, we will fix it"
I rang for an update tonight and was told the techs will be here 20 feb. Its the 8th today.
I had passed my mobile number to be updated and no one has yet contacted me. Not well pleased with this service.

Very sorry to hear about all of this.

 

I can see the arranged appointment for you.

 

At present, there doesn't appear to be any earlier availability within the quota.

 

I am more than happy to keep an eye on this for you though to see if any cancellations come through.

Thank you. My wife is failing and on oxygen. The doctor or nurse rings in every day.  My wife cant use a mobile.  

 

Further to that, I had to fight to persuade a lady operator that there was a fault. So I purchased another set of phones which I have no use for.

 

Any help that anyone at Virgin can give would help But it has proven hard so far.

I had never known what a "lifeline" , was I still don't.

But have a mobile.

Dear Nat_J.

You tried. Thank you. The network failed.

Engineer turned up, tried to help. He says there is a network problem.

Who do I ask for help now, please? I am happy the write a formal letter of complaint but it would not be helpful to my problem or Virgin.

Thanks for the update, I'm sorry the team couldn't get this issue resolved right away though. 

 

I've located your account but the engineer hasn't updated his/her notes yet so it's hard for me to say what the next steps will be. If an issue has been identified in your local area, a member of the team will be working on this right away. Did the engineer mention what the plan of action is to get this issue resolved?
