My home phone has been out of order since before Christmas. The engineer is only scheduled to attend today as they have been 'very busy'. Will my bill be reduced to reflect this 2 week lack of service?
I'm very sorry to learn about the problems you're experiencing with your phone line, we don't expect you to pay for a service you've not received, as long as we know that it's not working

Hi Craig and a belated Happy New Year.
My phone was repaired on 5th January as agreed and the fault only took a few minutes tinkering at the box up the street to resolve.
However, I have received my bill and have not received a line rental reduction as I would have expected.
I would be grateful for your help.
